Corporate Event Photography Rates
My typical rates for corporate events in the D.C. area are $150 – $200 an hour. Shorter events have a higher hourly rate. Prices are negotiable.
I’ll work to accommodate your event budget. Starting prices are listed below and may vary based on client type, event size, turnaround time, and photo usage.
Single-Day Corporate Event
$200 / hrThis package is for corporate events that require one day of shooting. It’s recommended for private parties, team-building events, board meetings, appreciation events, and activations.
The event must be located within the D.C. metropolitan area.

$150 / hrThis discounted package is for corporate events that require more than one day of shooting. It’s perfect for conferences, conventions, tradeshows, and team retreats.
I’m available for travel outside the D.C. metropolitan area.
