Corporate Event Photography Rates

My typical rates for corporate events in the D.C. area are $150 – $200 an hour. Shorter events have a higher hourly rate. Prices are negotiable.

I’ll work to accommodate your event budget. Starting prices are listed below and may vary based on client type, event size, turnaround time, and photo usage.

Single-Day Corporate Event

$200 / hr

This package is for corporate events that require one day of shooting. It’s recommended for private parties, team-building events, board meetings, appreciation events, and activations.

The event must be located within the D.C. metropolitan area.


Package Includes

  • At least 45 unique photos per hour
  • Free editing and revisions
  • Pre-event consultation
  • 2 hour minimum

Multi-Day Corporate Event

$150 / hr

This discounted package is for corporate events that require more than one day of shooting. It’s perfect for conferences, conventions, tradeshows, and team retreats.

I’m available for travel outside the D.C. metropolitan area.


Package includes

  • At least 45 unique photos per hour
  • Free editing and revisions
  • Pre-event consultation
  • No hourly minimum
